Each month, scouts of leading agencies in Milano, Paris, London, Tokyo and New York arrive at Image Models' offices to select new faces from Rockaway's "photo gallery" to fit them into the runways and fashion photography and advertising worldwide.

Image Models represents the very select Israeli models. Even now, we continue to maintain a process of location and selection of new models - both male and female - through the personal audition by Rockaway. The pleasant ambience of the audition is the setting for Rockaway's unique sense for talent-spotting, exhibiting her skills in locating rising stars. She sifts out the cream of the crop, seeking individuals with the potential for world-class success. From the very moment the new models join the agency, Image Models provides them with ongoing personal accompaniment and professional support in guiding their careers.

Recently, Image Models has added the prestigious "New Model" competition to its activities, the direct continuation of the veteran "SuperModel" contest that has taken place over the past twenty years. "New Model" is the only beauty competition in Israel for both men and women, which this year showcased 12 men and 12 women - all new faces, all of them Image's original discoveries. The competition, in cooperation with AT ("You") women's monthly magazine of the Ma'ariv Group, is broadcast on prime time television by Telad on Israel's Channel Two. Contest winners represent Israel in the Fashion Model Awards global competition, broadcast over five continents to about one billion viewers. In The Fashion Model Awards 2003, Israel's Hen Shiloni and Tami Tasker placed as finalists.
